Victoria Hall Theatre – Booking Information

The theatre is not suitable or available for events such as Exercises Classes, Weddings, Engagements or Parties.

 

Hirers are able to book the Theatre on the following basis :-

 

HIRE CHARGES 2020

 

• Full week hire Sunday 10.00 – Saturday 23.00 (up to four performances) £715.00

• Daily hire 10.00 – 23.00 (one performance) £275.00

• Extra performance £145.00

• Pre-production week £550.00

A security deposit of £250 is separate to the hire fee (see below for further details).

• Rehearsal session 4 hours (10:00-14:00  14:00-18:00  18:00-22:00) £45.00

• Tech or dress rehearsal 4 hours (10:00-14:00  14:00-18:00  18:00-22:00) £60.00

• Surcharge per performance with no interval £55.00

 

*** The light and sound box is only available for rehearsals within a full production booking ***

A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of £250 deposit, signed hire forms, proof of insurance and terms of engagement. 

 

If you are a new hirer to the theatre full hire payment will be due in full on booking the production date. All documents will be required 14 days before the production date.

 

Any government Heath & Saftey requirements must be fullowed in full and without exception. The responsibility is with the production team hiring the venue for the safety of cast, crew and the general public. For more information please visit www.gov.uk .

 

The deposit will be returned after the production date; provided the theatre has been left in the required condition and there has been no damage or loss of items.
